Researchers at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute (MBARI) have shared the memorable moment they captured incredible footage of a rare transparent-headed fish.





 The amazing creature, called a beryl fish, was spotted by aquarist Tommy Knowles and his team swimming deep in the ocean, where they were collecting jellies and comb jellies for the California Aquarium's 'Into the Deep' exhibit. were The team of researchers was surprised to see this rare fish, the research institute noted that this fish is not exposed much and hides somewhere in the ocean floor. Despite more than 5,600 deep-sea dives, the researchers only encountered this particular fish nine times. This rare fish lives at depths of 600 to 800 meters (2,000 to 2,600 ft) and although most of its body is opaque, its head is completely transparent and part of its tail is transparent.
